摘 要:为监测中国河南省小麦纹枯病菌对三唑酮的敏感性,采用菌丝生长速率法测定了三唑酮对从河南省15个地市分离的169株病菌的毒力。结果显示:供试菌株对三唑酮的EC50值在0.82~12.62μg/mL之间,敏感性差异达到15.39倍,平均EC50值为(3.33±1.91)μg/mL。敏感性频率分布图显示:169株小麦纹枯病菌对三唑酮的敏感性呈连续性分布,部分供试菌株的EC50值已超出敏感性基线范围;39.6%的菌株(67株)集中位于敏感性频率分布图主峰范围内,呈近似正态分布,EC50平均值为(1.78±0.44)μg/mL;最小显著差异法(least significant difference,LSD)与聚类分析均表明,不同地区菌株对三唑酮敏感性差异不明显,病菌对三唑酮的敏感性差异与菌株来源的地理位置无明显相关性;河南省各地市菌株对小麦纹枯病菌的抗药性倍数和频率不同,可以据此指导各地的用药选择。In order to monitor the sensitivity of Rhizoctonia cerealis to triadimefon in Henan Province in China,the sensitivities of 169 isolates identified from 15 cities to triadimefon were determined by measuring the mycelial growth in the fungicide-amended media.The results showed that the EC50 values of all isolates ranged from 0.82 to 12.62μg/mL,and the sensitivity difference was 15.39 times.The average EC50 value was(3.33±1.91)μg/mL.The results of the frequency analysis showed that the EC50 values of all 169 isolates to triadimefon was successively distributed,although EC50 values of some isolates was beyond the sensitive baseline.39.6%of the isolates(67 isolates)were concentrated in the main peak of the sensitivity frequency distribution,showing an approximate normal distribution.And the average EC50 value of these isolate was(1.78±0.44)μg/mL.The results obtained using the least significant difference method(LSD)and the cluster analysis both showed that there was no significant difference among the sensitivity of R.cerealis isolates to triadimefon in different areas,and there was no significant correlation between the sensitivity difference of R.cerealis isolates to triadimefon and the geographic location.Ratio and frequency of resistant isolates from different counties were not identical.Those results could direct the selection of fungicides used to control wheat sharp eyespot.
