摘 要:通过真空抽滤和物理粘接制备了多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)导电纸/碳纤维复合材料,研究了MWCNTs用量对复合材料电磁屏蔽效能的影响,并对复合材料的微观形貌和导电性进行了表征。扫描电子显微镜观察显示复合材料中的MWCNTs与再生纸纤维相互连接,搭建出良好的三维空间导电网络。导电性和电磁屏蔽效能分析表明:复合材料的电磁屏蔽性能随其导电性的增加而得以提升,MWCNTs用量为110mg时,复合材料表面电阻值最小,为11.7Ω/sq;电磁波频率在8~12GHz范围内,复合材料具有优异的电磁屏蔽性能,电磁屏蔽效能最高可达35.2dB。随着复合材料中MWCNTs用量的增加,其平均电磁屏蔽效能从6.2dB增至31.8dB,MWCNTs导电纸/碳纤维复合材料的屏蔽原理主要是通过吸收电磁波来实现电磁屏蔽。Multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs)conductive paper/carbon fiber(CF)composites were prepared by vacuum suction filtration and physical compression.The effect of MWCNTs on the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of the composites was studied.At the same time,the micro-morphology and conductivity of the composites were scanned.Electron microscope observations shown that MWCNTs in the composites were connected with recycled paper fibers,and a good 3D conductive network was established.Sustainable improvement,when the amount of MWCNTs was 110 mg,the surface resistance of the composite was the smallest,11.7Ω/sq.In the frequency range of 8 to 12 GHz,the composites had excellent electromagnetic shielding performance.The total electromagnetic shielding efficiency was as high as 35.2 dB.As the content of MWCNTs in the composite increased,the average electromagnetic shielding effectiveness increased from 6.2 dB to 31.8 dB.The shielding principle of MWCNTs conductive paper/CF composites was mainly to realize electromagnetic shielding by absorbing electromagnetic waves.
