摘 要:制备了还原氧化石墨烯/磺化聚苯胺复合材料,将其分散于水中得到了还原氧化石墨烯/磺化聚苯胺导电油墨。利用扫描电镜、傅里叶红外光谱、拉曼光谱等方法对复合材料进行了形貌和结构表征,采用四探针法对导电油墨的导电性进行了研究。结果表明,磺化聚苯胺纳米颗粒负载于石墨烯上,它们之间的π-π相互作用显著改善了石墨烯在水中的分散情况,得到了均匀、稳定的导电油墨。磺化聚苯胺的存在还有利于石墨烯中含氧基团的去除,减少了石墨烯中的晶格缺陷。当导电油墨中还原氧化石墨烯/磺化聚苯胺质量含量为15%时,导电油墨具有较好的导电性能,方阻达到2.48MΩ/□。此外,采用直写法制备的电子线路具有较好的均匀性和耐弯曲性能,表明该油墨具备应用于柔性电子线路制备的潜力。Graphene/sulfonated polyaniline composite was prepared and dispersed in water to obtain the conductive ink.Scanning electronic microscopy,fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy and raman spectroscopy were used to characterize the morphology and structure of the as-prepared material,and four probe method was used to investigate the conductive property of the ink.The results shown that in the composite,the sulfonated polyaniline nanoparticles were loaded on graphene.Theπ-πinteraction between them significantly improved the dispersion of graphene in water,and thereby a uniform and stable conductive ink was obtained.The presence of sulfonated polyaniline also facilitated the removal of oxygen-containing groups in graphene and thus reduced lattice defects in graphene.When the graphene/sulfonated polyaniline content in the conductive ink was 15%(w%),the conductive ink had good electrical conductivity with the square resistance of 2.48 MΩ/□.In addition,the electronic circuit prepared by direct writing method had good uniformity and good tolerance to bending,indicating that this ink held the potential to be applied in the field of flexible electronic circuits.
