摘 要:使用硫酸处理纳米活性炭(ANC)得到酸蚀纳米活性炭(ATANC),将ATANC与马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯(PE-g-MAH)反应制备功能化纳米活性炭(FANC),通过傅里叶变换红外光谱仪和扫描电子显微镜对其结构进行了表征。在超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)中添加不同含量FANC,以NaCl为致孔剂,采用模板-滤取法通过热压成型工艺制备多孔UHMWPE仿生骨材料,研究了仿生骨材料的孔隙率及抗拉伸性能,采用扫描电子显微镜对其断面和表面微孔形貌进行分析。结果表明,在PE-g-MAH与ATANC质量比为12.5∶1、FANC质量分数为3%、NaCl质量分数为60%时,制备的多孔UHMWPE仿生骨材料孔隙率可达38.4%,且微孔排列较均匀,抗拉强度可达到14.3MPa,与天然软骨材料基本相当。Functionalized activated nanocarbons(FANC) were prepared by grafting maleic anhydride polyethylene onto acid treated activated nanocarbon(ATANC).The porous UHMWPE materials modified with FANC were prepared by hot pressing process using template-filtration method when NaCl was used as porogen.The morphological and fourier transform infrared analyses of the FANC particles,the porosity and tensile properties of the cross section and surface of the UHMWPE/FANC specimens were performed to understand the above as-prepared specimens.The results showed that the tensile strength of the porous UHMWPE plate as-prepared specimen with an optimal content of FANC nanofillers at 3% and NaCl at 60% can reach 14.3 MPa as weight ratios of PE-g-MAH to ATANC at 12.5.These pores evenly arranged and the porosity of porous UHMWPE as-prepared specimen can reach38.4%,which was basically the same as that of natural cartilage materials.
