摘  要:采用水热合成法-高温固相法合成三元层状正极材料(LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2),探讨了不同表面活性剂对材料形貌、结构及电化学性能的影响。使用XRD、SEM对其形貌和结构进行表征,采用CV、EIS、循环、倍率等手段研究了材料的电化学性能。实验结果表明,使用十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)作为表面活性剂的效果最好,获得了形貌均匀、分散性好、球形形貌的纳米颗粒。在2.5~4.6V电压、0.5C放电倍率条件下,其初始放电比容量达到184.66mAh/g,经过100次循环后容量保持率为87.03%。表明所制备的正极材料LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2具有良好的电化学性能。The ternary layered cathode materials(LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2)was synthesized by hydrothermal synthesis-high temperature solid phase method.The effects of different surfactants on the morphology,structure and electrochemical properties of the materials were discussed.The morphology and structure of the materials were characterized by XRD and SEM.The electrochemical properties of the materials were studied by means of CV,EIS,cycle and magnification tests.The experimental results showed that the sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate(SDBS)was the best,and the nanoparticles with uniform morphology,good dispersion and spherical morphology were obtained.Under the condition of 2.5~4.6 Vand 0.5 C,the initial discharge specific capacity reached 184.66 mAh/g,and the capacity retention rate after 100 cycles was 87.03%.This indicated that the prepared positive electrode materials LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 had good electrochemical properties.
