摘 要:使用络合沉淀法将立索尔红有机颜料沉积在涂覆有纳米二氧化钛的中空玻璃微球(BX)表面,形成一种双层沉积的中空多彩复合颜料。并探究了不同立索尔红有机颜料的添加量,对复合颜料及涂层的平均反射率和隔热性能的影响。测试发现,复合颜料在波长为600nm左右开始呈上升趋势,相较于其他有色颜料,其在可见光波段有较高的反射率;随着有机颜料添加量的增加,复合颜料颜色加深,但反射率及隔热性能没有大幅度改变;在有机颜料与无机颜料质量配比为1∶1时,复合颜料与立索尔红颜料的色差为9.6,全波段平均反射率高达62.72%,涂层的隔热温差在17.9℃左右。对涂层进行耐酸测试发现,在酸中浸泡20h,涂层的平均反射率和隔热性能分别仅下降了10%与6%。Litho red organic pigment was deposited on the surface of hollow glass microspheres(BX)coated with nano-titanium dioxide by complex precipitation method to form a double-layered hollow colorful composite pigment.The effects of different Lissol red pigments on the average reflectivity and thermal insulation properties of the composite pigments and coatings were investigated.It was found that the composite pigments began to increase at a wavelength of about 600 nm,compared with other colored pigments had a higher reflectance in the visible light range.As the amount of organic pigments increased,the color of the composite pigments deepened,and the reflectance and thermal insulation properties did not change much.The ratio of organic pigments to inorganic pigments was 1 at 1 o’clock,the color difference between the composite pigment and Lissol red pigment was 9.6,the average reflectance of the whole band was as high as 62.72%,and the thermal insulation temperature difference of the coating was about 17.9℃.The coating was acid-proof and soaked in acid.After soaking in acid for 20 h,the average reflectance and thermal insulation properties of the coating decreased by only 10%and 6%,respectively.
