摘  要:以一定分子量的硅烷封端聚醚为基础,添加增塑剂、纳米碳酸钙等辅助添加剂,制备得到了一系列的密封胶,并探讨了各组分对密封胶性能的影响。实验结果表明,不同分子量的硅烷封端聚醚对密封胶的拉伸强度有影响;纳米碳酸钙的种类和比例对密封胶的伸长率有明显的作用效果;除水剂会对密封胶的储存稳定性起到关键作用;以浙江皇马03系列硅烷封端聚醚为基胶,PPG2000为增塑剂,纳米碳酸钙(重质活性碳酸钙和纳米活性碳酸钙按比例混合)为填料,再添加除水剂、偶联剂和催化剂等原料制备得到的密封胶综合性能优良。A series of sealants were prepared by adding plasticizer,nanometer calcium carbonate and other auxiliary additives based on silane terminated polyether(PE)with a certain molecular weight.The results showed that silane terminated PE with different molecular weight had an effect on the tensile strength of sealant.The type and proportion of nanometer calcium carbonate had obvious effect on the elongation of sealant.The water removal agent played a key role in the storage stability of sealant.Using Zhejiang Huangma 03 series silane terminated PE as base adhesive,PPG2000 as plasticizer,nanometer calcium carbonate(heavy active calcium carbonate and nanometer active calcium carbonate mixed in proportion)as filler,water removal agent,coupling agent and catalyst as raw materials,the sealant obtained had excellent comprehensive performance.
