摘  要:采用静电纺丝技术制备了γ-Al2O3负载纳米Pd的纳米纤维Pd/γ-Al2O3。实验考察了不同氯化铝和氯化钯溶液浓度对Pd/γ-Al2O3纳米纤维直径和形貌的影响,采用扫描电镜、X射线粉末衍射、傅里叶红外变换光谱和能量色散谱分析等测试技术对Pd/γ-Al2O3纳米纤维进行表征。结果表明,制备的纳米纤维的丝径尺寸较为均匀,平均直径为230nm;Pd纳米粒子均匀分布在纤维表面,其平均直径为70nm;氧化铝主要以γ-Al2O3形式存在;随着氯化铝溶液浓度的增加,纤维直径随之增大,而负载纤维表面的Pd纳米粒子的直径随之减小;随着氯化钯溶液浓度的增加,纤维直径也会增大。Pd/γ-Al2O3 loaded withγ-Al2O3 nano-palladium nanofiber was prepared by electrospinning technique.The effects of different concentrations of aluminum chloride and palladium chloride on the diameter and morphology of Pd/γ-Al2O3 were investigated.Pd/γ-Al2O3 were characterized by SEM,XRD,FT-IR and EDS.The results shown that the prepared nanofibers had a relatively uniform wire diameter with an average diameter of 230 nm.Pd nanoparticles were evenly distributed on the fiber surface with an average diameter of 70 nm.alumina was mainly presented in the form ofγ-Al2O3.As the concentration increased,the fiber diameter increased,and the diameter of the Pd nanoparticles on the surface of the supported fiber decreased.As the concentration of the palladium chloride solution increased,the fiber diameter also increased.
