摘  要:采用高压静电纺丝技术制备了聚酰亚胺纳米纤维膜。首先通过低温溶液缩聚合成聚酰亚胺的前驱体—聚酰胺酸(PAA)溶液,静电纺丝制得PAA纳米纤维膜;然后程序升温热酰亚胺化获得聚酰亚胺(PI)纳米纤维膜。研究了PAA固含量、施加电压、接收距离、推注速度对纳米纤维膜形态的影响。利用傅立叶变换红外光谱仪和X射线衍射仪对其化学结构和结晶情况进行表征,通过扫描电镜对纤维形态进行表征。结果表明:PAA固含量为15%(质量分数),施加电压为16kV,接收距离为21cm,推注速度为0.01mm/min时获得的纤维较好,PAA溶液的推注速度对电纺效果有显著影响。Polyimide(PI)nanofiber films were fabricated via high voltage electrospinning technology.Firstly,the precursor of PI,poly(amic acid)(PAA)solution was synthesized via low-temperature solution polycondensation,and PAA nanofiber film was prepared by electrospinning.Then the PI nanofiber film was obtained by thermal imidization.The effects of solid content of PAA,applied voltage,receiving distance and injection speed on the morphology of the nanofiber film were studied.Its chemical structure and crystallization were characterized by fourier transform infrared spectrometer and X-ray diffractometer,and its morphology was characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results showed that reasonable process parameters were 15 wt%(solid content of PAA),16 kV(applied voltage),21 cm(receiving distance),and 0.01 mm/min(injection speed).The injection speed of PAA solution had a significant impact on the electrospinning effect.
