摘 要:为充分利用太阳光谱发挥光催化作用,高效降解污染物,将可见光响应的纳米TiO2(型号为JR05)与上转换发光纳米复合材料TiO2/(CaY)F2:Tm^3+,Yb^3+以不同质量比共掺杂。采用X射线衍射、扫描显微镜、PL光谱等方法对共掺光催化剂进行表征;在紫外光、可见光、近红外光以及500 W氙灯模拟太阳光谱的照射下,通过研究JR05、TiO2/(CaY)F2:Tm^3+,Yb^3+和共掺光催化剂降解甲基橙的效率,评价共掺材料在不同光源下的光催化活性,确定了共掺材料的最优掺比,并探讨了全光谱响应光催化剂的光催化机理。结果表明,TiO2的晶型结构未因共掺发生改变;在980 nm的近红外光激发下,TiO2/(CaY)F2:Tm^3+,Yb^3+发射出360 nm的紫外光和476 nm的可见光,供JR05与TiO2/(CaY)F2:Tm^+,Yb^3+吸收利用进行光催化反应;在全光谱照射下,共掺光催化剂实现了紫外-可见-近红外光全波段光谱响应,当n(JR05)∶n(TiO2/(CaY)F 2:Tm^3+,Yb^3+)=1∶2时光触媒效果最佳,2和10 h对甲基橙的降解率分别达到80.42%和98.24%,优于单一JR05和单一TiO2/(CaY)F2:Tm^3+,Yb^3+的光催化效果。In order to make full use of solar spectrum for the photocatalytic degradation of pollutants,the visible light response nano TiO2(model JR05)and the up conversion luminescence nanocomposite TiO2/(CaY)F2:Tm^3+,Yb^3+were co-doped by the different mass ratios.The co-doped photocatalyst was characterized by X-ray diffraction,scanning microscope and PL spectrum.Under the irradiation of ultraviolet,visible light,near-infrared light and 500 W xenon lamp,the photocatalytic activity of JR05,TiO2/(CaY)F2:Tm^3+,Yb^3+and the co-doped photocatalyst were evaluated by degradation of methyl orange.The photocatalytic activity of the co-doped materials was evaluated under different light sources.The optimum ratio of co-doped materials was determined.The photocatalytic mechanism of co-doped photocatalyst was discussed.The results showed that the crystal structure of TiO2 was not changed due to the co-minxing of the two materials.The green light(476 nm)and UV light(360 nm)could be emitted by TiO2/(CaY)F2:Tm^3+,Yb^3+under 980 nm NIR light excitation for the absorption of JR05 and TiO2/(CaY)F2:Tm^3+,Yb^3+.The co-doped photocatalyst was matched with the UV-Vis-NIR light.Under the full spectrum light,n(JR05)∶n(TiO2/(CaY)F2:Tm^3+,Yb^3+)=1∶2 was superior to the single JR05 and single TiO2/(CaY)F 2:Tm^3+,Yb^3+.The degradation effect of methyl orange after 2 h and 10 h reached 80.42%and 98.24%,respectively.
