摘 要:针对氢环境箱厚壁筒体的外径内径比高达18.5,常规的周向超声检测技术存在灵敏度低、缺陷定位困难等问题。笔者提出了140 MPa氢环境箱厚壁筒体的相控阵超声周向检测技术,根据超声仿真软件CIVA对带曲面楔块的相控阵超声探头在厚壁筒体中产生的声场进行仿真研究,并加工带有人工缺陷的对比试块进行试验。结果表明:提出的相控阵超声周向检测技术对氢环境箱厚壁筒体的内外表面及内部缺陷均具有较高的检测灵敏度和检测精度。该技术已成功地应用于140MPa氢环境箱厚壁筒体的定期检验中。The ratio between the outside and inside diameters of the vessel is upto 18.5,which causes technical difficulties in low sensitivity and defects location when using conventional circumferential ultrasonic detection.In order to solve this problem.A circumferential ultrasonic phased array inspection for the thick-walled cylinder of 140 mpa high-pressure hydrogen container was proposed.The ultrasonic field generated by the ultrasonic phased array probe with curved wedges in the cylinder is simulated using CIVA-an ultrasound simulation software.Furthermore,a reference block was designed and manufactured with specific artificial defects,and the relevant experiments were conducted.These results showed that the proposed ultrasonic phased array inspection technology has high detection sensitivity and detection accuracy for the surfaces and the internal defects in the cylinder,and has been successfully applied to the periodic inspection for the thick-walled cylinder in the 140 MPa hydrogen container.
