摘  要:介绍了声激励激光错位散斑检测原理,对于厚度为30mm的喷涂绝热泡沫平板试样,声激励音频范围为1 0004 000Hz,采用相反时间平均错位散斑检测方法,能检测出30mm的方形脱黏缺陷。结合工程实践,结果表明,激光错位散斑检测技术适用于绝热泡沫脱黏缺陷的检测。The principle of laser shearography with acoustic excitation was presented in this paper.For the 30 mm thickness sprayed on foam insulation test panel,using phase-reversal time-averaged shearography with acoustic excitation was used the multiple-frequency sweep ranging from 1 kHz to 4 kHz,following that a 30 mm square defect was detected.Combined with practical experience,experimental results show that laser shearography is a effective NDT method,suiting for debond defects detection in sprayed on foam insulation.
