加味天麻钩藤饮治疗高血压并衰弱前期患者疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察加味天麻钩藤饮治疗阴虚阳亢型高血压病并虚弱前期患者的临床降压效果。方法:将2018年1月—2020年1月我院收治的86例阴虚阳亢证高血压并虚弱前期患者随机分为观察组和对照组各43例。观察组予加味天麻钩藤饮联合氨氯地平治疗;对照组单纯给予氨氯地平片治疗,1个疗程后比较两组患者的降压效果与疲乏症状改善情况。结果:治疗后观察组与对照组总有效率分别为95.35%和81.40%,观察组高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组与对照组治疗后收缩压显著下降(P<0.05),而舒张压则下降不明显,两组治疗后无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:加味天麻钩藤饮联合西药治疗阴虚阳亢型高血压病患者,在降压方面效果优于单纯西药治疗,在改善头晕、疲乏症状方面亦优于西药治疗。Objective To observe the clinical antihypertensive effect of modified Tianma Gouteng Decoction in the treatment of hypertensive patients with Yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity and the improvement of fatigue symptoms in patients with pre-weakness.Methods From January 2018 to January 2020,86 cases of hypertension with Yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity and prophase weakness were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 43 cases each.The observation group was treated with modified Tianma Gouteng Yin combined with amlodipine;the control group was treated with amlodipine tablets.After one course of treatment,the antihypertensive effect and the improvement of fatigue symptoms of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 95.35%and 81.40%,respectively.The observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);the systolic blood pressure of the observation group and the control group decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.05),while the diastolic blood pressure decreased insignificantly,and there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Modified Tianma Gouteng Yin combined with western medicine in the treatment of hypertensive patients with Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity has better antihypertensive effect than western medicine alone,and in improving dizziness and fatigue symptoms than western medicine treatment.
