摘  要:本文提出一种减小径向充磁永磁体厚度的Halbach圆筒型永磁直线同步电机结构,在不降低平均推力的情况下减少永磁体用量,从而降低成本。首先,通过磁路法计算得到直线电机气隙磁密公式,分析了永磁体相关尺寸与气隙磁密的关系。应用有限元方法分析了电机分割比λ、径向充磁永磁体厚度Pr和径向充磁永磁体长度mr变化对电机气隙磁密、平均推力以及永磁体用量的影响。以最大平均推力为目标确定了电机尺寸,比较了传统Halbach TPMLSM与减小径向充磁永磁体厚度的Halbach TPMLSM的气隙磁密和推力。结果表明,减小径向充磁永磁体厚度的Halbach TPMLSM比传统Halbach TPMLSM永磁体用量降低了15.27%,平均推力提高1.07%。最后,通过样机测试对仿真分析进行验证。To reduce the permanent magnet(PM)usage and cost,the Halbach tubular permanent magnet linear synchronous motor(TPMLSM),which has reduced thickness of the radial magnetization PMs located in the mover was developed in this paper.The magnetic circuit of the motor was established,and the formula of the air gap magnetic density of the motor was obtained by the magnetic circuit method.The influence of the split ratioλ,the thickness of the radial magnetization PMs Pr and the length of the radial magnetization PMs mr on the air gap flux density,the average thrust and the utilization of PMs were analyzed by the finite element analysis.According to the comparison of optimized TPMLSMs,it shows that the utilization of permanent magnet of the Halbach TPMLSM with reduced thickness of the radial magnetization PMs is 15.27%lower and the average thrust is 1.07%higher than that of tradition Halbach TPMLSM.Thus,it can be concluded that by reducing the thickness of the radial magnetized PMs,the utilization of PMs can be reduced without reducing the average thrust.Finally,the finite element analysis was verified by test results on the prototype Halbach TPMLSM.
