摘 要:永磁同步电机齿槽转矩的削弱是改善电机性能的重点之一。本文基于某款电动汽车驱动用48槽8极V型内置式永磁同步电机,根据齿槽转矩的数学模型,分别建立以永磁体夹角、永磁体长宽比、气隙长度为变量的参数化扫描模型。通过有限元仿真对空载齿槽转矩、额定输出转矩及转矩脉动进行了分析,并得出了以上三个变量对齿槽转矩的影响关系。为优化V型内置式永磁同步电机的振动噪音,削弱齿槽转矩提供了研究方向。The weakening of cogging torque of the permanent magnet synchronous motor is one of the key points to improve the performance of the motor.A parametric scanning model was established privately with variables of permanent magnet angle,ratio of length to width of permanent magnet and length of air gap according to the mathematical model of cogging torque which based on a 48 slot 8-pole V-type built-in permanent magnet synchronous motor for electric vehicle drive.The finite element simulation was used to analyze the no-load cogging torque,rated output torque and torque ripple,and then the influence of the above three variables on the cogging torque was obtained.The research direction was provided to optimize the vibration noise of V-type built-in permanent magnet synchronous motor and the reduction of cogging torque.
