摘 要:自2005年《微表处和稀浆封层技术指南》发布实施以来,极大促进了微表处的技术推广和应用,显著提高了沥青路面预防性养护的应用水平。经过十多年的推广应用,微表处技术在不断进步,现有微表处技术规程中的部分技术指标和要求出现了不适应当前技术现状的情况;同时,结合市场需求和技术发展,性能更为优良的微表处(即近几年市场上常说的高性能微表处)稀浆混合料得到了成功应用,基于此有必要提出新的微表处技术规程。在新的微表处技术规程制定过程中,就技术指标和要求提出一些新的想法,重点是新增高性能微表处的技术要求,主要包括:改性乳化沥青残留物软化点、粘韧性;矿料级配;微表处稀浆混合料可拌和时间、破乳时间、养生初期磨耗损失值、湿轮磨耗值等方面。希望能够通过标准编制,推动我国微表处技术升级,为更大规模的推广应用奠定基础。Since the"Guideline for Micro Surfacing and Slurry Seal"was issued in 2005,it has greatly promoted the application of micro surfacing technology and significantly improved the application level of preventive maintenance for asphalt pavement.After more than ten years popularization and application,the micro surfacing technology has made continuous progress,and some technical indexes and requirements in the existing micro surfacing technical specifications are not suitable for the current technical situation.At the same time,combined with the market demand and technical development,the slurry mixture with better performance(i.e.the high performance micro surfacing commonly used in the market in recent years)has been successfully applied.It is necessary to put forward a new micro surfacing technical regulation.In the process of formulating the new technical specification for micro surfacing,some new ideas are put forward on the technical requirements,with the emphasis on adding the technical requirements for high performance micro surfacing,mainly including:softening point,viscosity and toughness of modified emulsified asphalt residues;mineral aggregate grading;mixing time,break time,initial curing abrasion loss,wet track abrasion test,etc.We hope that we can promote technology upgrading of micro surfacing in China and lay a foundation for more large-scale popularization and application.
