摘　　要：“妇女参与权力和决策”是联合国第四次世界妇女大会通过的《行动纲领》12个战略目标之一,也是衡量一个国家性别平等状况的核心指标之一。在纪念北京“世妇会”25周年的进程中,重点回顾与评估近五年来中国妇女参政取得的成就与进展、存在的问题及面临的挑战,并依据《行动纲领》《消除对妇女一切形式歧视公约》《2030年可持续发展议程》的相关要求,从中国国情出发提出政策建议。“Women in Power and Decision-making”is one of the 12 critical areas of concern of the Platform for Action adopted by UN the Fourth World Conference on Women,and it is also one of the core indicators to measure the status of gender equality in a country.In the process of commemorating the 25th anniversary of the World Women’s Conference,this paper will focus on reviewing and assessing the achievements,progress,problems and challenges of Chinese women’s political participation in the past five years.And according to the relevant requirements of the Beijing Platform for Action,Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women,as well as the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals,this paper will put forward policy suggestions based on China’s national conditions.
