摘　　要：介绍了山东华泰纸业股份有限公司PM8大型纸机配备的纸卷中间仓库系统。随着现在人力、物力资源成本持续不断地增加,纸卷自动中间仓库应运而生,很好地适应了企业的这一发展要求,具有减少人员使用、节约土地空间、高效便利的出入库等特点。纸卷中间仓库主要组成部分为:DEMAG WMS管理服务器、DEMAG自动行车、地面站、存放纸卷的塔位及存放的纸卷。本文对各部分进行详细介绍,包括纸卷的出入库流程、自动行车的坐标定位、原点设置方法及自动行车的操作命令、常见出入库的故障及处理方法等。This paper mainly introduces the paper roll intermediate warehouse system equipped with the PM8 large-scale paper machine in Huatai’s Dongying base.With the continuous increase of labor and material cost,the automatic intermediate warehouse came into being,meeting the current requirements of paper mills such as saving human resources and land space,improving the efficiency of warehouse,etc.The intermediate warehouse mainly consists of DEMAG WMS management server,DEMAG automatic driving system,ground station,paper roll and its storage tower.A detailed introduction will be made in the paper,including paper roll in and out of storage process,coordinate positioning of automatic driving system,origin setting method,operation command of automatic driving,common faults and treatment methods,etc.
