摘 要:利用亚硫酸钠、碳酸钠和尿素的复合体系水溶液在高温条件下处理稻草盘磨机械浆以求改善其纤维酶解性能。通过单因素试验研究的方式探索最佳工艺条件,结果表明:在用碱量(亚硫酸钠计,下同)12%、处理温度130℃、液比1∶4、保温时间60min的条件下,该复合体系对稻草盘磨机械浆纤维酶解性能的改善效果最佳。在上述工艺下,处理后纤维中被酶解的总糖含量和总糖转化率分别为39.2%和69.38%,比相同工艺条件下氢氧化钠-尿素水溶液的相应指标提升约11.1%。In this paper,the neutral sulfite-urea aqueous solution was used to treat the refiner mechanical pulp(RMP)made from rice straw at high temperature,so as to improve its fiber enzymatic hydrolysis property.The single factor tests were applied to determine the optimal process conditions.The results showed that the alkali dosage of 12%(based on Na2SO3,the below same)and treating temperature of 130℃,liquor ratio of 1:4,treating time of 60min were the optimal conditions.At these conditions,the content of the hydrolyzed total sugar during the hydrolysis process and the conversion ratio of it were 39.2%and 69.38%respectively,which were increased by 11.1%compared with those of the fibers treated in the NaOH-urea aqueous solution.
