摘　　要：通过降低烟用接装纸原纸表涂淀粉量,可有效降低非挥发性物质总迁移量,但会降低纸张表面强度。本文通过使用两种表面施胶剂A、B(A主要成分为多羟基化树脂,B主要成分为丙烯酸酯类共聚物)分别与氧化木薯淀粉按照不同比例进行表涂实验,研究其对纸张的非挥发性物质总迁移量及表面强度的影响情况。实验结果表明:降低表涂淀粉量、提高表涂表面施胶剂用量,可有效降低纸张非挥发性物质总迁移量、提高表面强度。表面施胶剂A的使用效果优于表面施胶剂B。使用时需注意成本问题。The total migration of non-volatile substances can be effectively lowered by reducing the amount of surface-sizing starch in cigarette tipping base paper,but the surface strength of the paper can be lowered at the same time.In this paper,two surface sizing agents,A and B(A mainly composed of polyhydroxylated resin and B mainly composed of acrylate copolymer),and oxidized tapioca starch were used for surface coating in different proportions,so as to study the influence on the total migration of non-volatile substances and surface strength of the paper.The results showed that reducing the amount of surfacesizing starch while increasing the amount of surface-sizing agent could effectively reduce the total migration of non-volatile substances and increase the surface strength of paper.Surface sizing agent A is superior to B,but the cost needs controlling in this process.
