高速夹网纸机流浆箱稀释水改造的实践

摘　　要：上世纪90年代以前的水力式流浆箱均不带稀释水横幅定量控制系统,本案例是一台1995年生产的三菱-Beloit纸机流浆箱,此流浆箱原配是电动唇板微调机构,由于微调机构调节唇板到极限仍然不能达到合格的横幅定量值,我们改造了流浆箱,增加稀释水横幅定量控制系统,达到满意的优化横幅定量效果。Before 1990s,all hydraulic headboxes were not equipped with the dilution control system.This case is a headbox from a 1995 Mitsubishi Beloit paper machine that was originally equipped with an electric controlled slice device.Since the finetuning mechanism could not reach the qualified cross profile for basis weight even after adjusting the slice to the limit,we modified the headbox and added a basis weight control system with dilution water,so as to achieve the satisfactory effect for cross profile of basis weight.
