摘 要:为了满足弹射装置对安全性、可靠性和环保等的要求,对弹射系统整体装置进行了设计,并设计了产气药剂的性能和装药结构,然后用仿真方法对不同装药结构的弹射系统进行了模拟。仿真结果表明:多药柱装药设计及恰当的时序控制可以降低发射筒内部压强峰值,提高发射系统的安全性;不同的药柱作用时序可以满足多种发射要求,增加发射装置的实用性。To satisfy the launching demands of the projectile ejection devices,including their safety,reliability and environmental protection,the present paper has designed and innovated an improved launching device.The said innovated launching device can be said including the following advantages,such as the electronic safety and the safety of the armament device(ESAD),the EFI igniter,and the gas generator with 3 columns,which can be fired to produce gas,in addition to a launching tube and a specific projectile.The most important design of its launching device is the structure and the performance of the column in the gas generator,whose performance and that of the charge’s great combustion should be taken into full account in the new design scheme,e.g.including the low combustion temperature,the low solid residue,and the corrosive pollutant.Furthermore,our simulated design project has also been proposed including the different devices of charging structure in their launching system,whose models with different charge structures have been simulated in hoping to obtain the needed pressure in the launching tube and its projectile movement.Therefore,the simulated results indicate that the multi-column charging structure and the properly launching moments are expected to be beneficial to reducing the maximum pressure in the launch canister,and,even to ameliorate the launching safety.What is more,the pressure being kept at a stable range can also make the projectile accelerated at a constant accelerated level.On the other hand,reducing the internal pressure of the launching tube can also lead to lower the self weight of the launching device.In addition,it would be more convenient and easy to satisfy the various launching demands in practice according to our scheme of the time sequence of the column charging actions.Thus,it can be concluded that the new scheme of the launching device we have proposed can help optimize the current launching devices,which can be expected to enjoy a great potential in the practice of the artillery
