摘  要:为研究心理资本对民航业新生代员工安全绩效影响的差异性,在印象操纵、自我描述的前提下提出事务型心理资本、人际型心理资本对安全绩效影响的研究假设,以民航业新生代员工为研究样本进行问卷调查,构建事务型心理资本与人际型心理资本结构方程模型(Structural Equation Modeling,SEM),探究事务型心理资本与人际型心理资本对安全绩效影响的差异性。研究表明,事务型心理资本与人际型心理资本模型具有良好的拟合度;事务型心理资本与人际型心理资本模型对安全绩效影响具有显著差异性,即事务型心理资本对安全服从行为的影响更大并呈显著正向影响,人际型心理资本对安全参与行为的影响大并呈显著正向影响;人际型心理资本与事务型心理资本相比较,前者的作用时间较长,其比事务型心理资本对安全绩效的影响更加缓慢。该结论可为改善民航业新生代员工的安全绩效管理模式、提升民航业整体安全运行水平提供参考。This paper is intended to study the different influences of the psychological behaviors and qualities on their safety performance of the new generation civil aviation employees so as to improve the safety operation level of the civil aviation industry.For the said purpose,we have proposed 4 research hypotheses of the influence of the transactional psychological factors and their interpersonal psychological impacts on the safety performance(e.g.the safety participation behavior and the safety subordinating behavior)based on the theory of the related psychology theories.And,for the said purpose,we have collected the related data about the new generation civil aviation employees as the research subjects by using a structural equation model to construct the transactional and interpersonal mental capital models so as to explore the differences of the transactional psychological and interpersonal psychological responses on the safety needs.The above said investigation results indicate that there does not exit notable difference between the expected covariance matrix and the sampling covariance matrix of the SEM model.What is more,the model proves to have nice and high fitting adaptability.What is more,the transactional psychological capital and the interpersonal psychological capital model have been found of significant difference in testing the safety performance of the employees over there,that is is to say,the transactional psychological accumulation can have a great impact on their safety-guaranteeing capability and reveal a significant positive impact,whereas the interpersonal psychological experience is potential to have a great impact on their safety participation into the professional duties and shows a significant positive impact.And,finally,it has been found that,as compared with the transactional psychological capital,the interpersonal psychological capital plays a longer and stable role with a slower impact on the safety performance than the transactional psychological capital.This conclusion can provide re
