摘  要:本研究旨在探究在低温胁迫下甘草对尖吻鲈(Lates calcarifer)幼鱼血清和肝脏免疫酶及鳃Na^+-K^+-ATP酶活性的影响。饲料中分别添加甘草0、10、30和50 g/kg投喂尖吻鲈幼鱼,经过56 d的养殖试验后进行低温胁迫试验。结果显示:低温胁迫下,甘草含量3%组和5%组组间尖吻鲈幼鱼血清过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性显著高于对照组和1%组(P<0.05);甘草对血清总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)的影响一致,5%组血清T-SOD活性和T-AOC均为最高,显著高于其它各组(P<0.05),其它各组组间差异均不显著;血清丙二醛(MDA)含量和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性在试验过程中差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);各试验组血清溶菌酶(LZM)含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。肝脏CAT和过氧化物酶(POD)活性在试验过程中无统计学差异(P>0.05);各试验组组间肝脏T-SOD活性均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);3%和5%组肝脏MDA含量显著低于1%组和对照组(P<0.05);5%组肝脏GSH-PX活性最高,与1%和3%组相比差异不显著,显著高于对照组(P<0.05);1%组肝脏T-AOC最高,显著高于其它各组(P<0.05);低温胁迫下,鳃Na^+-K^+-ATP酶活性随着甘草含量的增加先升高后降低,各试验组鳃Na^+-K^+-ATP酶活性均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明,低温胁迫下,饲料中添加甘草能够提高尖吻鲈幼鱼免疫力,减少机体组织损伤,提高尖吻鲈幼鱼在温度突发性下降状态下的生存能力。同时,鳃组织器官表现出较强的适应性。This paper aimed to investigate the effects of Glycyrrhiza uralensis on serum and liver immune enzymes and Na^+-K^+-ATPase activity in gill of Asian seabass(Lates calcarifer)juvenile under low temperature stress.The forage was added 0,10,30,and 50 g/kg of Glycyrrhiza uralensis respectively to feed the Asian seabass juvenile,and the low temperature stress test was carried out after 56 days of cultivation experiment.The results showed that under low temperature stress,the serum CAT activity of Asian seabass juvenile in the 3%and 5%Glycyrrhiza uralensis groups was significantly higher than that in the control group and the 1%group(P<0.05);The Glycyrrhiza yralensis has similiar effects on serum T-SOD activity and T-AOD,and the serum T-SOD activity in the 5%Glycyrrhiza uralensis group was the highest,which was significantly higher than other groups(P<0.05),and the differences between the other groups were not significant;The serum MDA content and GSH-PX activity between different groups were not statistically significant during the experiment(P>0.05),while the levels of serum T-AOC and LZM in the test groups were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in liver LZM and POD activities between different groups during the experiment(P>0.05);The liver T-SOD activity in the test groups were all significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The content of liver MDA in 3%and 5%groups were significantly lower than that in the 1%group and the control group(P<0.05);the liver GSH-PX activity in the 5%group was the highest,and there was no significant difference compared with the 1%and 3%groups,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The liver T-AOC in the 1%group was the highest,which was significantly higher than that in the other groups(P<0.05);Under low temperature stress,the Na^+-K^+-ATPase activity in gill increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of licorice content,and the Na^+-K^+-ATPase activity in gill of t
