摘　　要：分析了既有住宅加装电梯目前面临的瓶颈,提出不能把思路仅局限于安装传统形式的电梯上,要依靠科技手段去规避困难。介绍了一种外接式轨道运行梯(车),能够解决既有住宅垂直交通。The current difficulties of installing elevators in existing residential buildings are analyzed. In view of these difficulties, it points out that we should not limit to installing traditional elevators in these buildings, but rely on scientific and technological means to avoid the difficulties. An elevator(car) with outdoor installing rail is introduced in this paper, which can solve the vertical traffic problem of existing residential buildings.
