摘　　要：近年来,随着国家经济的高速发展,市场贸易往来频繁,商品包装需求逐年增多,相应地,包装用纸需求也逐年提高,成为供不应求的少有几个品种之一。废纸,尤其是进口废纸是生产包装用纸的主原料之一,大部分包装用纸全部由废纸为原料生产的。2012年曾进口废纸达3007万吨,进口废纸浆量占总用浆量的比例为25.7%。2021年起,中国将全面禁止废纸进口。那么,每年2000多万吨进口废纸浆的原料缺口如何弥补呢?Large domestic paper enterprises and scientific research institutions have carried out research and introduction of CTMP pulp line technology,hoping to make up for the raw material gap of imported waste pulp.In 2011,the core technology of Chenming Group's postdoctoral research station,"a method for preparing eucalyptus and poplar mixed wood bleached thermomechanical pulp with low energy consumption"was authorized by the national invention patent,It indicates that Chenming Group has filled in the domestic blank in the field of high yield CMP technology.In January 2020,the project achievement of Chen Kefu,academician of South China University of technology,the key technology and industrialization of clean production and water pollution control of pulp and paper industry,won the first prize of National Science and technology progress award,and the full resource utilization of CMP wastewater is one of its innovation points It can be seen that BCTMP process with excellent pulp quality,high yield,high bulk thickness and low operating cost has attracted wide attention in the industry.Therefore,our reporter specially interviewed the technical team of valmet,a famous equipment supplier in Europe,to understand the process,technology and equipment of its leading BCTMP pulp line in the industry.
