摘 要:以层状液晶为模板制备了Ni-B、Ni-P-B和Ni-Co-P-B非晶态合金纳米管,研究其催化苯酚液相加氢制取环己醇的性能。结果表明:非晶态合金纳米管形貌较均一,X射线衍射和选区电子衍射测试结果显示纳米管是非晶态的。N2吸附-脱附等温线表明纳米管管壁为中孔结构,非晶态纳米管的比表面积高达~110 m^2·g^-1。催化苯酚加氢制备环己醇实验表明:催化性能为Ni-Co-P-B NTs>Ni-P-B NTs>Ni-B NTs;同组分的Ni-Co-P-B纳米管和纳米颗粒,纳米管的催化加氢性能远远高于纳米颗粒。Ni-B,Ni-P-B and Ni-Co-P-B amorphous alloy nanotubes were prepared by using lamellar liquid crystal as template,and their catalytic performance for liquid phase hydrogenation of phenol to cyclohexanol was studied.The results showed that the morphology of the amorphous alloy nanotubes was uniform,and the X-ray diffraction and selected area electron diffraction test results showed the amorphous alloy nanotubes were amorphous.N2 adsorption desorption isotherms showed that the wall of the nanotubes was mesoporous,and the specific surface area of the amorphous nanotubes was as high as^110 m^2·g^-1.The experimental results of catalytic hydrogenation of phenol to cyclohexanol showed that the catalytic performance was Ni-Co-P-B NTs>Ni-P-B NTs>Ni-B NTs.The catalytic hydrogenation performance of Ni-Co-P-B nanotubes was much higher than that of Ni-Co-P-B nanoparticles with the same component.
