摘  要:通过固定化凝胶法制备了系列Au/C催化剂。对Au/C催化剂催化乙二醛空气氧化制乙醛酸反应从反应时间,反应温度,反应溶液pH值,反应中催化剂用量等方面进行不同的条件反应,最终摸索出了最佳的反应条件,在此条件下,乙二醛转化率可达28%,乙醛酸选择性可达到35.5%,并且对催化剂进行了XPS表征。从XPS结果可看出Au/C催化剂上的金是以零价金形式存在的。A series of gold catalysts were prepared by immobilization gel method.The reaction time,reaction temperature,pH value of the reaction solution and the amount of catalyst in the reaction were explored,and the best reaction condition for the oxidation of glyoxal to glyoxalic acid was confirmed.When the reaction was carried out at 50℃for 8 h with using 0.2 g Au/C catalyst,the convertion of glyoxal reached 28%,and the selectivity of glyoxylic acid reached 35.5%.Au/C Catalyst was also characterized by XPS.The results of XPS showed that the gold element in the catalyst was in zero valence state.
