摘  要:采用正交设计法,以黏度、细腻度、涂展性为指标,按4因素3水平L9(34)正交表设计9个试验,考察甘油、卡波姆940、EDTA和TEOA的用量对制剂的影响,确定绿药膏最佳制备工艺。经过正交设计法对绿药膏制备组成成分分析,得到可知指标因素的主次顺序甘油(A)、卡波姆940(B)、EDTA(C)和TEOA(D),4种绿药膏制备组成成分的最佳配比为A3 B2 C2 D1,所得的复方抗菌消痈绿药膏制备工艺稳定,能够达到药用的目的。According to the orthogonal table of L9(34),nine experiments were designed,the influences of glycerol carbomer 940,EDTA and TEOA dosage were investigated,and the optimum conditions of green ointment were determined.The composition of preparation of green ointment was analyzed,the primary and secondary sequence of the index factors was glycerol(A),carbomer 940(B),EDTA(C)and TEOA(D),and the optimal ratio of the four green ointments was A3B2C2D1.The green ointment obtained by orthogonal design method had stable preparation process and medicinal purpose was achieved.
