摘 要:对正戊烷含量测定的气相色谱分析方法进行了分析研究。本方法采用氢火焰离子检测器检测,使用毛细管色谱柱进行分离,以及面积归一化法对样品进行定量分析,得出正戊烷的相对含量。通过实验和数据分析,逐步优化气相色谱各项参数,提高分离效果,获得最佳分离条件。通过此方法可方便快速地反映出产品的内在质量,有效的监控正戊烷及其杂质的含量。The analysis method of n-pentane content by gas chromatography was studied.This method was detected by flame ionization detector with hydrogen,separation by capillary column and quantitative analysis of samples by area normalization method.Finally,the relative content of n-pentane was obtained.Through experiments and data analysis,the parameters of gas chromatographic were optimized step by step and the separation effect to obtain the optimum separation conditions was improved.The inherent quality of products can be reflected conveniently and quickly through this method,and n-pentane and its impurities can be effectively monitored.
