摘 要:建筑外窗作为建筑与外界进行热交换最活跃的部位,一直是建筑节能问题的焦点,其热交换的强弱主要由传热系数表征。基于MQMC 2012热工模拟软件,通过设计比对实验对铝合金窗、塑料窗和铝木复合窗传热系数的改进措施进行研究。结果表明,在降低外窗传热系数的措施中,对于改变中空玻璃配置,以增加1片单银Low-E膜、使用暖边间隔条和中空玻璃充氩气效果显著;对于改变框扇结构,以玻璃四周填充保温材料效果最优,尤其对于塑料窗较果较优;其余措施对于3种材质外窗传热系数的影响效果基本相当。As the most active part of the building’s heat exchange with the outside world,building exterior windows have always been the focus of building energy saving. The strength of its heat exchange is mainly characterized by the thermal transmit-tance. Based on MQMC 2012 thermal simulation software,this paper conducts research on the improvement measures of thermal transmittance of aluminum windows,plastic windows and aluminum-wood complex windows through comparison experiments. The results show that in the measures to reduce the thermal transmittance of the window,the effect of adding a piece of single silver Low-E,using warm-edged spacers and filing argon gas is significant for changing the configuration of the insulating glass;for changing the structure of the frame leaf,the glass surrounded with insulation material is the best,especially for plastic windows.The effects of the remaining measures on the thermal transmittance of the above three windows are basically equivalent.
