摘 要:为解决一般水溶性聚氨酯注浆材料不能在无水条件下使用,一般油溶性聚氨酯注浆材料因韧性太低易发生复漏的问题,通过对注浆材料的A、B组份分别进行单因素分析和正交试验分析,确定了该注浆材料的最佳配比。试验结果表明,该注浆材料无需进行脱水处理,亦不使用有毒溶剂和低毒增塑剂,在有水及无水环境中均可使用;偏光显微分析、红外光谱分析及模拟试验表明,通过简易合成工艺快速制备的聚氨酯注浆材料,既具有较高强度又具有一定韧性和发泡率,可满足施工现场的快速制备使用。To solve the problem that general water soluble polyurethane grouting materials cannot be used under the condition of no water,and general oil soluble polyurethane grouting materials easy leaks due to low toughness,single factor analysis and orthogonal experiment analysis were carried out respectively on the grouting material A and B component to determine the optimal proportion of the grouting material. The test results show that the grouting materials don’t need for dehydration treatment,also do not use toxic solvents and low toxic plasticizer,can be used in the environment with water and without water;Polarized microscopic analysis,infrared spectrum analysis and simulation test shows that the polyurethane grouting materials rapidly prepared through sim-ple synthesis process not only has high strength,but also has certain toughness and foaming rate,which can meet the rapid preparation and using demand in the construction site.
