预制装配式建筑外墙防水技术应用研究

摘　　要：预制装配式建筑因其效率高、经济性好及环保性能佳而被广泛应用于项目建设中,但是其防水问题较为突出。介绍了装配式建筑现有外墙防水技术,并对其密封胶的设计选型及工程应用实例进行研究。结果表明,硅烷改性聚氨酯防水材料能在多雨潮湿地区起到有效防水作用。还提出了一种新型结构防水构造,其能达到长期防水的效果。Prefabricated buildings are widely used in project construction because of their high efficiency,good economy and good environmental protection performance. However,the waterproof problem is more prominent. This paper introduces the existing exterior wall waterproof technology of prefabricated building,and studies the design and selection of sealant and engineering application examples. The results show that the silane modified polyurethane waterproof material can play an effective role in rainy and humid areas. A new structure waterproof structure is proposed,which can achieve long-term waterproof effect.
