摘 要:试验研究了水胶比、矿渣粉与粉煤灰质量比、水玻璃模数、Na2O含量、骨料种类等5个因素对地聚合物混凝土界面过渡区(ITZ)粘结强度的影响规律,并分析了干湿循环作用下的粘结强度劣化程度。研究表明:随着水胶比、矿渣粉与粉煤灰质量比、水玻璃模数、Na2O含量的增加,ITZ粘结强度先逐渐提高至最大值,然后逐渐降低;当使用大理石作为骨料时,所有龄期的ITZ粘结强度均高于使用花岗岩作为骨料时的粘结强度;以自来水为介质的干湿循环试验中,随着干湿循环次数的增加,ITZ粘结强度不断降低。A series of researches on bond strength of interfacial transition zone(ITZ) in geopolymer concrete were carried out.The influence rules on ITZ bond strength affected by 5 factors were investigated. The factors included the mass ratio of water to binder the mass ratio of granulated blast furnace slag powder to fly ash,modulus of water glass,Na2 O dosage and aggregate type.Deterioration degree of ITZ bond strength was analyzed at the condition of dry-wet cycles. Bond strengths of ITZ increase firstly,and then decrease,when the mass ratio of water to binder,the mass ratio of slag powder to fly ash,modulus of water glass and Na2 O dosage increase. When marble aggregate is used,the bond strength at all ages is higher than that of ITZ with granite aggregate. In dry-wet cycle test using tap water,with the increase of dry-wet cycle times,bond strengths continuously decrease.
