摘 要:对低品质粉煤灰和矿粉进行机械、化学双重活化,制备出一种绿色低碳型复合矿物掺合料,研究复合矿物掺合料对不同强度等级混凝土工作性能、力学性能及抗渗耐久性的影响。结果表明:在含有降粘组分外加剂条件下,保证混凝土工作性能,混凝土出机坍落度、扩展度可达到220、600 mm以上;在节约水泥用量的基础上,混凝土强度还有一定的提升,较同强度等级的高性能混凝土7 d抗压强度提高10%~20%;抗渗耐久性方面,复合矿物掺合料的加入提高了混凝土的密实度,56 d电通量(600 C以下)、抗水渗透(P12以上)、抗硫酸盐侵蚀(KS120以上)均能达到较高水平。且碳排放量显著降低,较同强度等级的高性能混凝土降低16%~20%。Perform mechanical and chemical activation of low-quality fly ash and mineral powder to prepare a green and lowcarbon composite mineral admixture,and study the effects of composite mineral admixture on the work performance,mechanical properties,impermeability and durability of concrete with different strength grades. The results showed that,with the help of admixtures containing viscosity-reducing components,under the condition of ensuring the working performance of concrete,the slump and extension of concrete could reach above 220 mm,600 mm. In addition,on the basis of saving the amount of cement,the strength of concrete had been improved to some extent,the 7 d compressive strength of HPC was improved by 10%~20% compared with that of HPC of the same strength grade. In terms of impermeability durability,the concrete with three strength grades could reach higher levels of 56 d electrical flux(below 600 C),water permeability(above P12),and sulfate erosion resistance(above KS120). The carbon emission was significantly reduced,16%~20% lower than that of HPC of the same strength grade.
