摘 要:针对立面结构混凝土的养护问题,采用自黏式养护材料在地铁侧墙、隧道侧墙和桥梁主塔进行了应用,对比研究了自黏式养护材料的保温和保湿性能,以及保温保湿效果对混凝土性能的影响。结果表明,自黏式养护材料紧密贴合于结构混凝土表面,能够有效阻隔环境气流与混凝土直接产生热量交换,起到良好的保温效果,并使里表温差逐渐缩小,对抑制混凝土温度裂缝具有显著效果;自黏式养护材料可使保湿材料中的水分封锁于混凝土表面,起到长期的保湿作用,有效抑制混凝土干燥收缩裂缝;自黏式养护材料良好的保温保湿效果,可促进混凝土强度的发展;自黏式养护材料阻隔环境气流直接与混凝土接触,能够大幅度减小混凝土早期碳化深度。In view of the curing problem of the facade structure concrete,the self-adhesive curing materials were adopted to carry out the application in the subway side wall,tunnel side wall and the main tower of the bridge,the effects of self-adhesive curing materials on the heat preservation and moisture retention of structural concrete and the effect of heat preservation and moisture retention on the performance of concrete were compared and researched.The results show that the self-adhesive curing materials are closely adhered to the surface of structural concrete,which can effectively block the direct heat exchange between the ambient airflow and concrete,and has a good thermal insulation effect,and makes the temperature difference between the inner and surface of the concrete gradually narrow,and has a significant effect on restraining the temperature crack of concrete.The self-adhesive curing materials can make the moisture in the moisturizing material be blocked on the surface of concrete,so that it can play a long-term moisturizing role and effectively inhibit the drying shrinkage crack of concrete;the good effects of heat preservation and moisture retention of the self-adhesive curing materials can promote the development of strength of concrete.Self-adhesive curing materials can greatly reduce the early carbonization depth of concrete by blocking the direct contact between the ambient airflow and concrete.
