摘 要:以砂、碎石为骨料,粉煤灰及矿渣为胶凝材料,水玻璃、氢氧化钠为激发剂制备了粉煤灰基地质聚合物混凝土,研究了矿渣掺量对其高温性能的影响。结果表明:不同矿渣掺量试样的质量损失率均随作用温度的升高而增大,300、600、900℃时质量损失率分别约为5%、6%、7%。矿渣掺量由0增大至30%,初始态抗压强度由6.5 MPa提高至55.6 MPa;300℃作用后抗压强度分别提高至17.9、68.4 MPa;600℃作用后,试样表面出现少量裂缝,矿渣掺量小于30%试样的强度较300℃时有所降低,但仍保持在初始态的1.24~2.08倍,而矿渣掺量为30%的试样强度则降低为初始态的77%;900℃作用后,试样表面开裂加剧,强度保持在19 MPa左右。Fly ash based geopolymer concrete was prepared with sand and gravel as aggregate,fly ash and slag as cementitious materials,and sodium hydroxide and sodium silicate as activator,and the effects of slag content on its high temperature performance were researched.The results show that the mass loss of different slag samples increases with the rise of the action temperature.The mass loss when temperature at 300℃,600℃and 900℃was 5%,6%and 7%respectively.The content of slag increased from 0%to 30%,the initial compressive strength improved from 6.5 MPa to 55.6 MPa,and the strength at 300℃improved to 17.9 MPa and 68.4 MPa,respectively.Under the action of high temperature at 600℃,a small number of cracks appeared on the surface of the sample.The strength of the sample with a slag content less than 30%was lower than that in the 300℃treatment state,but remained between 1.24 and 2.08 times of the initial state,while the strength of the sample with a slag content of 30%was reduced to 77%of the initial state.The working temperature further rose to 900℃,the surface cracking of the sample intensified,and the strength maintained at about 19 MPa.
