摘 要:针对目前固化风积沙存在的力学性能、收缩性能、耐水性能等综合性能不佳的问题,研制了一种高性能风积沙固化剂,对固化风积沙的7 d无侧限抗压强度、收缩应变、软化系数进行了测试,并与不同种类固化剂的固化效果进行了对比。结果表明:聚乙烯醇可大幅提高固化风积沙的抗压强度,但会降低固化风积沙耐水性能,通过乳液的添加可显著改善其耐水性能,纳米材料可显著改善固化风积沙的收缩性能。与其它种类固化剂相比,制备的高性能风积沙固化剂在力学性能、收缩性能、耐水性能上均有较大的优势,目前已成功应用于北仙一级公路,其各项路用性能均符合相关规范要求。Aiming at the problem of poor comprehensive performance of mechanical properties,shrinkage performance and water resistance of cured aeolian sand,a high performance aeolian sand curing agent was developed and a series of experimental studies were carried out,the aeolian sand of unconfined compressive strength of 7 days,shrinkage strain and softening coefficient were tested and compared with the curing effects of different kinds of curing agents.The results showed that:polyvinyl alcohol can greatly improve the compressive strength of the mixture,but it will reduce the water resistance of mixture,the water resistance can be significantly improved by the addition of emulsion,and nanomaterials can significantly improve the shrinkage of the mixture.Compared with other types of curing agents,it has great advantages in mechanical properties,shrinkage properties and water resistance.It is an aeolian sand curing agent with excellent comprehensive performance.It has been successfully applied to the Beixian First Class Highway,and its various road performance indicators meet the requirements of the standard.
