摘 要:建筑破碎料的资源化处理与应用不仅可以解决城市拆迁所引发的环境问题,还可以节约大量石料,以缓解经济高速发展与天然资源日趋紧张的矛盾。通过用一定量的建筑回收破碎料代替粉煤灰、煤渣,研制出一种新型装配式混凝土轻质隔墙板。介绍了该轻质隔墙板的生产工艺;用建筑回收破碎料代替部分粉煤灰、煤渣,对不同配合比的轻质隔墙板进行抗弯强度、抗压强度、干燥收缩等性能试验。研究结果表明,采用建筑回收破碎料的轻质隔墙板的力学性能满足建筑结构规范要求,可以应用于工业与民用建筑物的各类非承重内墙。The resource treatment and application of building broken materials can not only solve the environmental problems caused by urban demolition,but also save a lot of stone materials,so as to relieve the contradiction between the rapid economic development and the increasing shortage of natural resources.In this paper,a new type of lightweight prefabricated concrete partition board is developed by using a certain amount of building crushing material instead of coal cinder and coal ash.Firstly,the production technology of this lightweight partition board is introduced.Secondly,by replacing part of coal cinder and coal ash with building crushing material,the properties such as flexural strength,compressive strength and dry shrinkage of the new type of lightweight partition board with different proportion are tested.The results show that the mechanical properties of the new type of lightweight partition board with recycled building crushing materials can meet the requirements of building structure codes and can be applied to all kinds of non-load-bearing interior walls of industrial and civil buildings.
