摘 要:为进一步利用拜耳法制备氧化铝副产的赤泥尾矿,采取赤泥取代部分粉煤灰的方式制备加气混凝土,研究了赤泥掺量对加气混凝土流动性和力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着赤泥掺量的增加,浆体的流动性下降,托勃莫来石结晶度变差,制品的强度降低,气孔形态变差。通过掺入减水剂或调整水料比,可以明显改善浆体的流动性,制品中气孔形态更加规则,制品密度有所下降。In order to make further use of red mud which was produced by aluminum industry in Bare ways,the red mud was used to produce aerated concrete by replace part of the fly ash,and the influence of red mud content on the fluidity and mechanical properties of aerated concrete was studied.The results show that with the increase of red mud content,the fluidity of slurry decreases,the crystallinity of tobermorite decreases,the strength of products decreases,and the pore morphology becomes worse.By adding water reducing agent or adjusting the ratio of water,the fluidity of slurry can be improved obviously,the pore morphology of products is more regular,and the density of products is decreased.
