摘  要:以装配式建筑墙板使用要求和相关技术规范为依据,提出了泡沫混凝土配合比设计性能指标:干密度小于700 kg/m3,抗压强度≥3.5 MPa,导热系数小于0.18 W/(m·K)。通过正交试验研究了发泡剂、SiO2气凝胶、纤维掺量及水胶比4种因素对该泡沫混凝土性能的影响,并采用矩阵分析法对配合比进行优化,优化后相关指标均满足设计要求。Based on the requirements of the assembled wallboard and the relevant technical specifications,the performance index of foam concrete mix design was proposed,that is,the dry density was less than 700 kg/m3,the compressive strength was 3.5 MPa and above,and the thermal conductivity was less than 0.18 W/(m·K).Four factors and four levels test scheme of foam content,water-binder ratio,aerogel content and fiber content were established by orthogonal test method.The influence of various factors on performance indexes was analyzed,finally,matrix analysis method was used to optimize the mix ratio,and all the optimized indexes met the design requirements.
