岩棉保温装饰板的制作及其与蒸压加气混凝土板的连接研究

摘　　要：介绍了岩棉保温装饰板的制作及其与蒸压加气混凝土板的连接。制作岩棉保温装饰板时宜选用8 mm硅酸钙面板、体积密度不小于100K的岩棉条和4 mm穿孔硅酸钙板;岩棉保温装饰板与B05蒸压加气混凝土板采用粘结+锚固的连接方式;胶粘剂应选用聚合物水泥粘结砂浆;锚固宜选择板边卡锚,拧入式锚栓直径不小于8 mm,长度不小于60 mm。The preparation of rock wool insulated decorative board and the connecting way of ALC slab and rock wool insulated decorative board are introduced.When making rock wool insulated decorative board,8 mm calcium silicate board,rock wool slab with a bulk density of not less than 100K and 4 mm perforated calcium silicate board should be selected.Rock wool insulated decorative board and B05 ALC are connected by bond and anchorage.The adhesive shall be polymer cement mortar,the anchoring should choose the board edge anchor,and the screw-in anchor diameter shall be not less than 8 mm,and the length shall be not less than 60 mm.
