摘  要:为获得一种性能优异的可高温固化自分层含氟低表面能涂料,采用阴离子乳液聚合法,分别合成了含活性基团的羟基丙烯酸乳液(E_1)和含氟羟基丙烯酸乳液(E_2),研究了乳化剂用量、引发剂用量和温度对2种聚合反应的影响。将E_1和E_2乳液复配成具有自分层效应的可高温固化含氟低表面能涂料,考察了活性官能团(-COOH,-OH)单体、含氟单体、涂料配比、初始温度、升温速率对涂膜性能的影响。结果表明,当丙烯酸(AA)单体和羟基丙烯酸(HEMA)单体分别占合成E_1和E_2单体总质量的4.5%和2.8%,2-(全氟辛基)乙基甲基丙烯酸酯(TEMAc-8)单体占合成E_2单体总质量的80%,引发剂用量分别占合成E_1和E_2单体总质量的0.5%和0.6%时,于80℃合成的乳液凝胶量少、粒径分布均匀、稳定性最好。当E_2乳液和固化剂分别占共混乳液质量的60%和6%,初始温度为80℃,以升温速率0.8℃/min,烘干到溶剂大量蒸发,然后于140℃高温条件下继续加热10 min时,所得涂膜分层效果及各项性能俱佳。In order to obtain high-temperature curing self-layering fluorine-containing low surface energy coating with excellent performance,an active emulsion-containing hydroxy acrylic resin(E1)and a fluorine-containing hydroxy acrylic resin(E2)were synthesized by anionic emulsion polymerization.The effect of the amount of emulsifier,the amount of initiator and temperature on these two polymerizations was studied.E1 and E2 emulsions were compounded into a high-temperature curable fluorine-containing low surface energy coating with self-layering effect.The effect of the monomers with reactive functional groups(-COOH,-OH),fluorine-containing monomers,resin compounding ratios,initial temperature and heating rates on the film properties was investigated.Results show that under the condition of 80℃,the best experimental solution on E1 and E2 emulsion with less amount of gel,uniform particle size distribution and best stability is as follows:the acrylic acid(AA)monomer and hydroxy acrylic acid(HEMA)monomer account for 4.5%and 2.8%of the total mass of E1 and E2 monomers,respectively;2-(perfluorooctyl)ethyl methacrylate(TEMAc-8)accounts for 80%of the total mass of the E2 monomer,and the amount of the initiator accounts for 0.5%and 0.6%of the total mass of E1 and E2 monomers,respectively.When the E2 emulsion and the curing agent account for 60%and 6%of the mass of the blended emulsion,respectively and at an initial temperature of 80℃,the film is heated to 140℃via a heating rate of 0.8℃/min,and then is incubated for 10 min.The layering effect and various properties of the obtained coating film are excellent.
