摘  要:通过二甲基亚砜/氢氧化钾(DMSO/KOH)体系溶解宏观对位芳纶纤维(AF)制备芳纶纳米纤维(ANF),研究KH-550改性后的纳米TiO_2对芳纶纳米薄膜抗紫外及力学性能的影响。利用扫描电镜、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、热重分析仪、拉力试验机、耐黄变试验机等仪器对ANF薄膜及添加改性纳米TiO_2的复合薄膜的表面形貌、化学组分、耐热性能、力学性能和抗紫外性能等进行表征。结果表明,当纳米粒子的质量分数为4%时,复合薄膜的力学性能达到最高,其拉伸强度为139.83 MPa,相比ANF薄膜提高了24.23%;此外,经紫外光照射后,复合薄膜(4%)的拉伸强度为149.92 MPa,相比照射前提高了7.22%。研究表明,添加改性纳米TiO_2后,该复合薄膜的抗紫外及力学性能都得到了较大改善。Aramid nanofibers(ANF)were prepared by dissolving para-aramid fibers(AF)in dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO)/KOH system,and the effects of KH-550 modified nano-TiO2 on the UV resistance and mechanical properties of ANF films were studied.The surface morphology,chemical composition,heat resistance,mechanical properties and UV resistance of ANF films and composite films filled with modified nano-TiO2 were investigated by SEM,FT-IR,TG,tensile tester and yellowing resistance tester.The results show that when the mass fraction of nanoparticles is 4%,the mechanical properties of composite films reach the optimum,and the tensile strength is 139.83 MPa,which is 24.23%higher than that of ANF nano-films.In addition,after ultraviolet irradiation,the tensile strength of composite films(4%)is 149.92 MPa,7.22%higher than that before irradiation.The results indicate that UV resistance and mechanical properties of the composite films have been greatly improved after the addition of modified nano-TiO2.
