摘 要:深入研究地区间工业废水排放强度差异的影响因素,对于各地区协调好经济发展与环境保护的关系具有重要的现实意义。基于2012年中国31个省份的单区域投入产出表,使用乘性空间结构分解分析方法对中国工业废水排放强度地区间差异的影响因素进行了研究。结果表明:(1)京津地区、大部分东北地区、部分东部沿海及北部沿海等地区的工业废水排放强度低于全国平均,而大部分中部地区、部分西北地区和西南地区及南部沿海等地区高于全国平均。技术效应是影响中国工业废水排放强度地区间差异的主要因素。(2)在化学产品、食品和烟草部门,技术效应是影响地区间该部门废水排放强度差异的主要因素;在造纸印刷和文教体育用品部门是最终需求结构效应和技术效应;在纺织品部门则是最终需求结构效应。It is of great practical significance to study the influencing factors of the discharge intensity difference of industrial wastewater among regions for coordinating the relationship between economic development and environmental protection.Based on the single-region input-output table of 31 provinces of China in 2012,this paper uses the multiplicative spatial structure decomposition analysis method to study the influencing factors of regional differences in industrial wastewater discharge intensity in China.The results show that:(1)Discharge intensity of total Industrial wastewater in Beijing-Tianjin region,most of the northeast region,some of the eastern coastal region and the northern coastal region is lower than the national average,while most of the central,some of the northwest and southwest region and the southern coastal region are higher than the national average.Technological effect is the main factor affecting the regional differences of industrial wastewater discharge intensity in China.(2)In the chemical products,food and tobacco sectors,the technical effect is the main factors affecting the discharge intensity of wastewater;in the paper-making,printing,cultural and sports goods sectors,the final demand structure effect and technical effect;in the textile sector,the final demand structure effect.
