摘 要:采用超音速火焰喷涂工艺在碳钢表面制备WC-12Co、WC-10Co4Cr、WC-10Ni和WC-20Cr3C2-7Ni金属陶瓷涂层,对比研究了不同涂层的物相组成、硬度、耐磨性能和耐腐蚀性能。结果表明:WC-12Co、WC-10Co4Cr和WC-10Ni涂层中均生成了少量W2C脱碳相;4种涂层均很致密,且与基体结合良好;WC-10Co4Cr和WC-12Co涂层的硬度和耐磨性能相近且最好,WC-10Ni涂层的次之,WC-20Cr3C2-7Ni涂层的最差;WC-10Co4Cr涂层的耐腐蚀性能最好,WC-10Ni涂层略次之,WC-20Cr3C2-7Ni涂层的最差。WC-10Ni涂层的耐磨性能适中,耐腐蚀性能略低于WC-10Co4Cr涂层的,在正常服役条件下有望替代WC-10Co4Cr涂层用于机械零件表面磨损和腐蚀防护。WC-based cermet coatings including WC-12 Co, WC-10 Co4 Cr, WC-10 Ni and WC-20 Cr3 C2-7 Ni were prepa red on surface of carbon steel by high velocity oxygen fuel flame spraying. The phase composition, hardn ess,wear resistance and corrosion resistanceof different coatings were investigated and compared. The results show that a few W2 C decarburization phases were formed in WC-12 Co, WC-10 Co4 C r and WC-10 Ni coatings. The fourcoatings were dense, and well bonded to the substrate. The hardness and wearresistance of WC-10 Co4 Cr and WC-12 C o coatings were similar and the best, followed by those of WC-10 Ni coating, and those of WC-20 Cr3 C2-7 Ni coati ngwere the worst. The corrosion resistance of WC-10 Co4 Cr coating was the best, that of WC-10 Ni coating wasslightl y lower, and that of WC-20 Cr3 C2-7 Ni coating was the worst. WC-10 Ni coating had moderate wear resistanceand slightly lower corrosion resistance comparing to WC-10 Co4 Cr coating, so was suitable to replace WC-10 Co4 Cr coating for wear and corrosion proof of mechanical part surface under normal service conditions.
