摘 要:随着船舶电站容量的不断增大,电缆内部通流量不断升高,对电缆的监测需求越来越迫切,光纤测温技术是解决这个问题的有效途径。分析了光纤测温用低压大电流激光电源的结构组成,并据此设计了激光电源主电路。结合PWM调制策略构建了激光电源的闭环控制实现框图。通过理论分析与计算,确定了基于反激电路激光电源输出滤波器的选取。利用Simulink软件搭建了激光电源的仿真电路,仿真结果表明基于反激拓扑结构的激光电源可以获得良好的输出控制效果。With the increase of ship power plant capacity,cable internal flow rate rising,more and more urgent demand for the monitoring of the cable is emerging,and the optical fiber temperature measurement technology is becoming an effective way to solve this problem.The structure of optical fiber temperature measurement device with low voltage large current of laser power supply is analyzed,and the laser power supply topology is established in this paper,the design of main circuit on the basis of switch power supply main structure is introduced.The closed loop feedback control structure combining with the PWM modulation strategy is built.Through theoretical analysis and calculation,the output capacity of the laser power supply based on fly-back circuit is determined and the simulation model of the laser power supply circuit is built by using Simulink software.Simulation results indicate that the laser power supply based on fly-back topology has good output performances.
