摘　　要：为保障国家能源战略安全,我国加大了油气资源勘探开发力度,油气地质资料是开展油气工作的基础,目前我国油气地质资料汇交管理水平有待提高,管理机制需要完善。加拿大油气资源丰富,也是发达国家,油气地质资料的汇交管理水平较高,管理机制比较完善。本文对加拿大油气地质资料汇交管理现状进行分析研究,从油气地质资料管理机制、法律法规的分析入手,详细阐述了加拿大油气地质资料的汇交范围、汇交期限、汇交方式以及公开期限等内容,总结了可供借鉴的经验,提出了对我国油气地质资料汇交管理的启示与建议。In order to ensure the national energy strategy security,China has increased the exploration and development of petroleum resources.At present,the submission management level of China's petroleum geological data needs to be improved,and the management mechanism needs to be improved.Canada is rich in petroleum resources and is also a developed country.The submission management level of petroleum geological data is relatively high and the management mechanism is relatively perfect.This paper analyzes the status quo of the of petroleum geological data submission management in Canada.Starting from the analysis of management mechanism,laws and regulations of petroleum geological data,this paper elaborates on the contents of petroleum geological data management in Canada,which include the submission scope,submission data,submission methods and release data.The characteristics are analyzed and the experiences are summarized that can be referred for the submission management of petroleum geological data in China.
