摘 要:传统矿业类专业本科人才培养模式已难以适应"创新驱动发展"的时代要求,亟需改革探索新的人才培养模式。在新时代"开发矿业"精神引领下,为培养能够解决矿业工程复杂问题的创新人才,"11345"人才培养模式基于全过程全链条校企合作协同育人,构建了"教师-工程师-学生"协同育人共同体,打造了优质师资、教材和课程,融通了"教书与育人""课内与课外""线上与线下""教学与科研",构建了多层递进式创新训练培养模式,全面加强了制度建设,实施了质量监督改进的闭环机制。实践表明,"11345"人才培养模式具有科学性、前瞻性、普适性,培养了千余名矿业类创新人才,示范辐射作用显著。Traditional mining program innovative talent cultivating model has been difficult to adapt to the“Innovation-driven Development”,the new training model is in need of reform.Leding by spirit of“Development Mining”in the new era,to train innovative talents who can solve the mining engineering complex problems,based on cooperative education between school and enterprise in whole process,the“11345”cultivating model in mining program innovative talent constructed the“teacher-engineer-student”cooperative education community,created high-quality teaching team,materials and courses,compromised“teaching and educating”,“in and out of class”,“online and offline”,“teaching and research”,and constructed a multi-layer progressive innovation training model,comprehensively strengthened system construction,and implemented a closed-loop mechanism for quality supervision and improvement.Practice shows that the“11345”cultivating model is scientific,forward-looking and universal.It has trained more than 1,000 mining program innovative talents,and has a significant demonstration radiation effect.
