摘  要:矿区土地利用动态监测是我国自然资源调查监测的重要内容,也是矿区制定后期开采计划和进行土地复垦工作的重要依据。为了摸清矿区土地损毁状况及时空演变的特征,对土地利用动态平衡的调控和生态环境保护提供辅助手段,本文以山东省赵楼矿区为研究区域,利用2009年、2013年和2017年3期Lansand卫星影像,采用遥感(RS)技术手段,对赵楼矿区8年来土地利用变化特征进行了动态监测分析,通过各期土地利用分布图,土地利用转移矩阵,研究了赵楼矿区各种土地利用类型变化的情况。结果表明:农用地是矿区主要土地利用类型,在研究期内以转出为主,平均以1.41%/a的速度递减,水域、工矿用地和非工矿建设用地则以转入为主,累计转入面积分别达到148.59hm2、167.58hm2和886.14hm2。可见矿区在开采进程中缺少有效的土地复垦和整治措施,致使建设用地(工矿用地)和水域(塌陷积水区)持续侵占农用地,对矿区生态环境产生极大影响。The dynamic monitoring and analysis of land use in mining area is an important part of land use research and an important basis for mining planning in the latter part of mining area.In order to grasp the characteristics of land use and dynamic changes,it provides auxiliary measures for the regulation and control of the dynamic balance of land use and the protection of ecological environment.Taking the Zhaolou mining area of Shandong province as the research area,the Lansand satellites of 2009,2013 and 2017 by means of remote sensing(RS)technique,the dynamic monitoring and analysis of land use change characteristics in Zhaolou mine area over the past eight years was carried out.Through the land use distribution map and land use transfer matrix in each year,the land use types change situation.The results showed that:agricultural land was the main type of land use in the mining area,with an average of 1.41%per annum during the study period,with an average of 1.41%.The land for construction,reaching 148.59 hm 2,167.58 hm 2 and 886.14 hm 2 respectively.It can be seen that the mining area lacks effective land reclamation measures in the mining process,resulting in continued occupation of agricultural land by construction land(industrial and mining land),which has a great impact on the ecological environment of the mine area.
